At a ceremony attended by Dae-je Chin, Ph.D., Korean Minister of Information and Communication, and Hector Ruiz, AMD chairman of the board, president, and chief executive officer, AMD today announced the opening of Korea Technology Development Center, a research and development resource for local customers and partners to create low-power, high-performance embedded processor platforms for advanced digital consumer devices.
