Intel Core Wins Channel "Oscar" for...

  
Looking more like an Academy Awards Oscar night with MC's donned in tuxes and impressive crystal trophies lined up on stage -- the 2008 VARBusiness Annual Report Card awards, a premier 'Who's Who' channel event that draws in the big companies like Microsoft, Samsung and Oracle, honored 17 vendors across 18 technology categories for earning high marks from solution providers. Among the award highlights, Intel and the Intel Core™ architecture was recognized for the best client and server processors and earned ARC Company of the Year by sweeping all 18 criteria for this category. Quality and reliability scored 108 -- the survey's highest this year.
