WiMAX Accelerates in Asia Pacific

  
Korea Telecom, which for several years has offered its WiBRO high-speed wireless broadband service, this week announced that it is working with 12 companies including Intel and other mobile digital devices manufacturers to further penetrate the personal broadband internet service market. KT will offer Korean consumers a range of WIBRO-enabled products such as Intel-based netbooks, personal media players and navigation devices.
