Intel, Dr. Dobbs Address Multicore Software...

  
Join Intel and Dr. Dobbs on December 3 at 8:00 a.m. PST for a virtual town hall meeting in Second Life to learn about parallel programming and concurrency trends. The event begins with a networking breakfast on Dr. Dobbs Island with Intel principal engineer Tim Mattson. Attendees will then head over to the Intel Island for a virtual town hall meeting moderated by Dr. Dobb's editorial director Jonathan Erickson, along with Microsoft architect Herb Sutter and Intel director James Reinders who will all discuss how to better realize the promise of multicore processors through concurrent programming.
