London, July 25—VAB (Vlaamse Automobilistenbond), a Belgian Automobile Association, has selected Sidewinder’s ServicePLATFORM real-time scheduling software (now called SPL Enterprise Scheduling Solution) to automate their patrol crew dispatching process, shorten response times, improve operational efficiency and reduce costs for its automobile breakdown service.
